Brad Miller started Bio+Tech in 2009 as a reaction to the increasing number of people in San Francisco who were biologists interested in tech and tech people interested in biological application of their skills. The monthly meetup started with 5 people and has grown to approximately 90 monthly participants. The meetup has seen companies and partnerships formed and is considering expanding to other US and international cities in 2013. We'd love to see you at our next gathering!
